Director

Ahmad graduated with an LLB (Hons) in 1992 and practised as a lawyer in Kuala Lumpur before relocating to Labuan in 1997. He has held senior positions at Law & Commerce since 1997 and advises clients on the structuring and implementation of optimal offshore and Labuan business solutions.

Rozi has over 20 years of experience in accounting, corporate secretarial, and corporate services. She holds a professional qualification in Accounting from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and began her career in 1990 with one of Malaysia’s largest finance companies.
